Terms of Service

SundayKit ("we", "us") provides a free single-week sample kit — a printable craft, read-aloud story, video-call game, and 5 conversation prompts — for grandparents and grandchildren who meet on a screen. The sample is delivered as a PDF after you sign in via a one-tap email link or Continue with Google.

During the validation phase, the service is provided free of charge. There is no paid subscription, no recurring billing, and no checkout. Pricing tiles you may see on /pricing or /gift describe what subscriptions will cost when they open; they are not currently transactable.

You may create an account using a magic-link email or by signing in with Google. You agree to provide an email address you control. You are responsible for the security of any device you sign in on; we don't set passwords because we use one-tap email links and OAuth instead.

You may delete your account at any time by writing to us via the feedback form. See our Privacy Policy for what we store and how we delete it.

The sample kit, the printable PDFs, the on-page content — all of it is provided for personal, non-commercial use with grandchildren. You may print, copy, and use the sample for your own family. You may not:

• Resell or commercially redistribute our content without written permission.
• Use automated tools to scrape, mirror, or systematically download the site beyond what a normal visitor would do.
• Submit feedback, signups, or any other input that contains another person's personally identifying information without their consent.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, rate-limits, or service-role data boundaries (we'll know).

We're still building this. The service is provided "as is". We don't warrant that the PDF will be free of typos, that the magic-link will always reach your inbox within seconds, or that the site will be reachable 24/7. We docare about all of those things and we'll fix what we find. Tell us what breaks via /feedback.

Because the service is free during validation, we limit our liability to the amount you paid for it — which is zero. To the extent the law lets us disclaim, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose for the duration of the free phase.

We may change features, pause, or discontinue the validation phase at any time. If we end the free phase, we'll give existing accounts at least 14 days' notice via email. If we materially change these terms before subscriptions open, we'll update the "Last updated" date and email anyone with an active account.
